- 研究發展處:本處提供研究資源與補助,協助教師申請跨領域研究計畫。企劃組主掌本校教師研發成果指標之建立與獎勵業務、學生研發能量之推動與鼓勵等;計畫業務組主掌本校研究計畫相關事項、科技部研究獎勵等。另設有研究總中心及儀器資源中心,研究總中心負責本校校級及院級研究中心之設立及獎勵相關事項;儀器資源中心主要任務為整合校內精密儀器設備,有效運用國科會補助基礎研究核心設施,服務校內外各大學及研究機關。
- 產學共創處:本處藉由系統性匯聚創新研發成果,推動產學研共創,凝聚產、學、生醫、電資工程等領域的力量,拓展跨領域、跨校、甚至跨國界的產學合作,實現陽明交大及產業界互惠共贏的局面,深化本校的產學能量,提升國際影響力與貢獻,在追求創新、學術卓越與產學價值中取得平衡的運作模式。本處以創新型經濟為目標,建構「陽明交大」主導的創新生態系統,匯聚創業家、創業投資、企業、政府等各方資源,並融入國際創新生態系統,培育國際產業韌性人才,以因應全球競爭、科技變遷、創新機遇與挑戰。
- 跨校區合作推動辦公室:為使資訊學院在資訊領域的專業技術,與醫學相關領域充分合作,建立跨領域連結,本校設立「跨校區合作推動辦公室」,扮演橋接資訊與醫學相關領域合作的角色,提供各學院資訊專業領域諮詢服務,促進師資與教研成果互相鏈結,讓資訊領域的前瞻技術能在生科醫學領域得充分發揮,在此一合作環境之中,更進一步提升本校跨領域之學術研究、教學以及服務至國內與國際之間,扮演舉足輕重的角色。
- 國際產學聯盟總中心(GLORIA):GLORIA專門探勘學研最新研發能量,可為企業鏈結陽明交大的半導體、資通訊、光電、BioICT等優勢領域教授,或跨領域、跨聯盟校連結醫療、機械製造、能源、食品科學、農、漁等技術。同時,GLORIA提供學研創業計畫申請、鏈結產學合作、募資、擬定營運策略、開拓海內外市場等服務,竭力幫助前瞻技術進入市場。合作形式多元,包含常見的技術移轉、產學合作、共同研發,乃至鏈結策略性夥伴或客戶、開發新型產業需求等多項可能。
- 永續發展暨社會責任推動辦公室:為深化社會責任與永續發展,本校設立永續發展暨社會責任推動辦公室,統籌校內資源,推動USR與跨領域實作計畫,並提供專屬支援與補助。例如:協調校內各單位與計畫主持人、規劃多元課程及跨領域學程、修訂教學事務相關辦法、建立鼓勵學校師生投入社會責任與永續發展議題的機制,並精進學生參與社區教育學習之模式等。
- 台灣聯合大學系統辦公室:「台灣聯合大學系統」現由國立中央大學、國立政治大學、國立清華大學及國立陽明交通大學等四校組成,以提升教育品質與追求學術卓越為目標,運用四校之各別優勢來整合教學、研究、行政資源及國際事務合作,推動許多有利於師生的創新與變革,尤其集四校的教研能量,強化國際學術交流的廣度與深度,以因應科學合作與人才流動全球化的趨勢,也對臺灣高等教育培育跨領域人才具顯著影響。
- 國防科技業務推動辦公室:為整合本校人工智慧、物聯網、資訊、電子、電機、機械等跨領域核心技術,特成立「國防科技業務推動辦公室」,專責管理及統籌運用產官學之科學與研究資源,促進各方合作,提升國防科技研發能量。

● Office of Research and Development
The Office of Research and Development provides research resources and grants to support faculty in applying for interdisciplinary research projects. The Planning Group establishes faculty R&D indicators, promotes research projects, and manages Ministry of Science and Technology research awards. The Research Center oversees the establishment and funding of school-level and college-level research centers. The Instrument Center integrates precision instruments and equipment, optimizing the use of core research facilities funded by the National Science Council. These resources are made available to both internal university researchers and external research institutions.
● Office of Industry-Academia Cocreation
This office facilitates industry-academia-research collaboration by systematically integrating innovative research outcomes and strengthening cooperation across various industries such as biomedicine, electrical engineering, and information technology. Expands cross-field, cross-institution, and international industry-university collaboration. Enhances innovation, academic excellence, and industry partnerships. Establishes an innovation ecosystem, connecting entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, enterprises, and government agencies. Prepares students for global competition and technological advancements by cultivating resilient talent.
● Promotional Office for Cross-Campus Collaboration
This office bridges information science and medical fields, ensuring full integration of technology and biomedical research. Facilitates cooperation between information science and medical research disciplines. Provides consulting services for academic departments to enhance teaching and research outcomes. Enhances cross-field academic research, teaching, and global collaborations. Plays a pivotal role in advancing interdisciplinary research both domestically and internationally.
● Global Research & Industry Alliance (GLORIA)
GLORIA specializes in connecting enterprises with academic R&D expertise, particularly in semiconductors, ICT, optoelectronics, and BioICT. Facilitates cross-disciplinary and inter-university collaborations. Links medical technology, mechanical manufacturing, energy, food science, agriculture, and fisheries with industry. Supports academic entrepreneurship programs, industry-academia collaborations, and fundraising. Assists in business strategy development and international market expansion.
● Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility Development Office
To deepen social responsibility and sustainable development, our university has established the Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility Development Office to coordinate internal resources, promote USR and interdisciplinary practical projects, and provide dedicated support and subsidies. For example: coordinating various university units and project leaders, planning diverse courses and interdisciplinary programs, revising regulations related to teaching affairs, establishing mechanisms to encourage faculty and students to engage in social responsibility and sustainable development issues, and improving models for student participation in community education and learning, among others.

The University System of Taiwan (UST) is an alliance comprising National Central University, National Chengchi University, National Tsing Hua University, and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. Enhances education quality and academic excellence through resource sharing. Promotes collaborative teaching, research, and administrative efficiency. Strengthens international academic exchange and addresses global trends in scientific collaboration and talent mobility. Supports interdisciplinary talent development within Taiwan’s higher education system.
● Office for National Defense Technology Affairs
This office integrates expertise in AI, IoT, information technology, electronics, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering to enhance national defense research and development. Manages scientific research resources across industry, government, and academia. Fosters collaborations to advance national defense technology. Strengthens R&D capabilities in defense-related scientific research.
